Job Description:
Gather and analyze business requirements to implement Oracle ERP solutions across E-Business Suite and Cloud environments. Design comprehensive end-to-end process flows and develop custom reports and dashboards. Build and configure RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) components, leveraging tools such as Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF). Perform detailed gap analysis and propose process enhancements to streamline and optimize business operations. Configure and deploy Oracle Financials modules in both ERP Cloud and EBS, including setup of Chart of Accounts (COA), Multi-Org structures, approval hierarchies, and workflow rules. Manage data migration, validation, and reconciliation during cutover activities to ensure data integrity. Customize and extend workflows and automate enterprise processes to align with organizational objectives while resolving cross-functional technical and functional issues. Skills Required: Oracle ERP, Oracle SOA, PL/SQL, SQL, BI Publisher, Soap, Rest, Toad, ADF Log Analyzer and Web Services. Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering (any) with 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation is required.
